At Rock Springs Christian Academy (RSCA), we recognize that the cost of private education can be a significant consideration for many families. To support our mission of making a quality Christian education accessible, we offer financial assistance to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade (note: K4 is not eligible).

Financial aid is awarded based on demonstrated family need, as determined by an independent third party, FACTS Management. Our need-based aid program is primarily funded through the generous contributions of donors to the Georgia GOAL program.

Understanding Need-Based Financial Aid
Need-based aid represents the difference between the full cost of tuition and a family’s ability to pay. While RSCA strives to assist as many families as possible, we are unable to meet 100% of the demonstrated need for every applicant. Additionally, the demand for aid often exceeds available resources, which means some eligible families may not receive financial assistance. Award amounts vary according to each family’s specific financial situation.

Application and Renewal Process
Financial aid is awarded on an annual basis and is not automatically renewed. Because funding availability and family circumstances can change, families must reapply each year. The evaluation considers several factors, including household income, expenses, assets, debts, and the number of children enrolled in tuition-based education.

Confidentiality and Eligibility
All financial aid information is kept strictly confidential, in compliance with Georgia state law. To be considered for financial assistance, families must first begin the enrollment application process.

To apply for financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance Application through FACTS. Please note there is a non-refundable application fee of $45.00 required at the time of submission.

Georgia Promise Scholarship Program
RSCA is proud to be a participating school in the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program, which launches for the 2025–2026 school year. This state-funded initiative offers eligible families up to $6,500 per student to help cover private school tuition, transportation, tutoring, and other approved educational expenses.

To qualify, students must reside in the attendance zone of a state-designated low-performing public school and meet additional criteria. Priority is given to families earning below 400% of the federal poverty level.
