Investing in Eternal Impact

We understand that choosing a private, Christ-centered education is a significant investment in your child’s future, and one that lasts a lifetime. That’s why we are deeply committed to making our high-quality academic and spiritual training accessible for families.

Thanks to the ministry support of Rock Springs Church, every RSCA family benefits from a reduced tuition rate. We also offer multi-child discounts, need-based financial aid, and are proud to participate in the Georgia Promise Scholarship program.

Explore the sections below to learn more about tuition rates, available discounts, financial assistance, and payment options.

Application Fee

A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $300 is required for each new student application. For families with multiple applicants, a maximum fee cap of $700 applies. Families with more than three students will be assessed a $25 processing fee for each additional child.

Annual Enrollment Fees

Once enrolled, your child’s place at Rock Springs Christian Academy is secured each year through our Continuous Enrollment process. This means families don’t have to complete yearly re-enrollment paperwork—your initial Continuous Enrollment Agreement remains active until graduation or formal withdrawal.

A non-refundable Continuous Enrollment Fee of $200 per student (with a $500 family maximum) is automatically drafted each February to confirm your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.

For a detailed breakdown of grade-level tuition and associated fees, please view our current schedule below.

Please note: Listed tuition rates do not include first-time application fees or continuing enrollment fees.

Tuition is typically paid over a 12-month schedule (June–May) with automatic drafts on either the 5th or 20th of each month, as selected during enrollment. For families enrolling after June (but before the start of school), the yearly tuition will be spread evenly across the remaining months of the academic year.

Intra-Year Enrollment:

  • Please note: RSCA does not pro-rate tuition for mid-semester enrollment.
  • For enrollment after the school year has begun (and prior to the start of the 2nd semester), parents are responsible for the entire school year's tuition, and it will not be prorated.
  • For enrollment after the second semester has begun, parents are responsible for the entire semester's tuition, and it will not be prorated.
  • For intra-year enrollment, the first payment is due upon enrollment and must be paid prior to the student's start date.
  • Please review our official withdrawal policy (below) carefully.

For questions related to your tuition schedule or student account, please contact our Business Office at businessoffice@rsca.info.

RSCA Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawals on or after July 1, but before the first day of school will incur a charge of two months’ tuition.
  • Once school has begun, tuition is due in full for the entire semester and will not be prorated.
  • Mid-year withdrawals require a 30-day written notice prior to the start of the second semester. If a 30-day notice is not given, two months’ tuition will be charged.
  • Any over-payments beyond the terms of this policy will be refunded.

In addition to the standard tuition and fees, families should anticipate additional costs throughout the school year.

These may include items such as:

  • school uniforms
  • spirit wear
  • lunch
  • school photos
  • field trips
  • athletics
  • club fees
  • early morning care
  • after-school activities
  • yearbooks
  • student banquets or socials
  • yearly technology fee for students in grades 6–12 ($100)
  • parking permit for student drivers

We require each family to contribute a minimum of 24 hours of service each school year (12 hours for single-parent households).  Unfulfilled service hours are billed to families in FACTS at a rate of $20 per hour.
