Bruce Reagan; Head of School
Mr. Reagan has worked in education for more than 25 years and has served in roles as a teacher, administrator, principal and Headmaster during his professional career. Mr. Reagan has served as a music teacher and has successfully led Christian schools in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Illinois. He also served as the Wisconsin District ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) representative for all ACSI schools in the Wisconsin District.
Marsha Clark; Elementary Principal
Mrs. Clark has more than 40 years of experience working in education. Her expertise in leading RSCA teachers and overseeing curriculum standards and initiatives comes from many successful years working as a teacher, reading specialist, academic coach, assistant principal, and specialty subjects instructor in Spalding County, Georgia.
Kristin Roney; Middle School Principal
Mrs. Roney joined Rock Springs Christian Academy in 2014 as a classroom teacher and then as the Middle School Principal. She received a BS in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia and a master's degree in School Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. She is married to Brennan and they have one son who has attended RSCA since Pre-K
Chris Berndt; High School Principal
Mr. Berndt has been a teacher, department head, principal and head of school for Christian schools for 16 years. His expertise is in the development of curriculum that integrates Bible principles with every area of instruction. He was a pastor for 18 years as well until answering the call of God to full time Christian education. He was nominated for national teacher of the year twice and has designed Bible curriculum that has been carried to other schools around the country. Mr. Berndt has been known for developing teams of educators that work together to disciple young people into life-long servants of Jesus Christ.
Coach Brock joined Rock Springs Christian Academy in 2018. In that time-frame, he successfully has led Basketball, Football, and Soccer teams. Before his arrival, he worked within East Coweta High School's Athletic Department and graduated from Georgia Southern University and Gordon State College, with degrees in Sport Management and Business Administration. In the classroom, his students describe him as a fair, hands-on teacher with a reputation for going out of his way to ensure he reaches each student at their level. His organizational skills, and focus on discipline, transfer directly to his passion for athletics.
Wanda Lee; School Counselor
With more than 35 years of experience working in education, Mrs. Lee has served as school counselor at Crescent Elementary and Spalding High School in neighboring Spalding County, Georgia. She began work as School Counselor for RSCA in 2015.
David Bates; Fine Arts Director
David Bates is the Fine Arts Director at Rock Spring Christian Academy. After growing up in Florida, David went to Pensacola Christian College and graduated with a degree in Sacred Music (Voice). He has a passion for music, and wants to use his talents and gifts to develop young people in the field of music and sports. Over the last 25 years, David has led multiple musical groups to compete, and win, at the state, regional and national level. He wants to invest in the lives of the RSCA students and prepare them to serve the Lord with their talents. David is married to Tracy and they have five children of their own: Chad, Austin, Amber, Holly, and Jason.
