Application and Enrollment

Rock Springs Christian Academy supports the biblical values you teach your children at home and motivates them to be their best — academically, spiritually, and socially.

The 2024/2025 New Student Application is OPEN for mid-year enrollment into grades where space remains.

The 2025/2026 New Student Application is NOW OPEN. Be sure to select the correct year when starting your application.

2025/2026 Tuition Rates will be communicated by early January, 2025.

The 2025/2026 Financial Aid Application will open mid-January, 2025.

The first acceptance date for the 2025/2026 school year is Monday, March 3, 2025.

*CURRENT FAMILIES applying for admission for a new sibling will apply through their existing FACTS Family Portal.

*Families NEW to RSCA will complete the online application for the desired grade(s) as detailed below.

Log into your account and create a new student application for your child
The system requires a unique email address for each parent.
You have the opportunity to upload digital copies of the required items from the application checklist.
Enjoy the flexibility of logging in and out of your account to access the status of your application.

Application Checklist:

Request for records from previous school (Send or deliver THIS FORM to current/previous school)
Copy of the child’s birth certificate
Copy of child's Social Security card
Immunization record • PLEASE NOTE: Georgia law requires the school to have a valid certificate of immunization on file for each student. Typically, immunizations (and updates to the immunization certificate) are required for students entering K4, K5, and grades 7 and 11.
GA Form 3300 (ear, eye and dental check)
Learning Plan (if applicable)
Teacher Recommendation (provide a name and the email address for a teacher referral)
Pastoral Reference (provide the name and the email address for a ministerial referral)
Completion of a Grade-Specific Readiness Test

*If you do not see an application for the grade needed, please contact the Director of Admissions (678-692-0191 ext 4302) to be added to the waiting pool for that grade.

CONSIDERATION, ACCEPTANCE and ENROLLMENT OF NEW STUDENTS

Once the application process is completed, the RSCA Acceptance Team meets regarding each applicant. Once accepted, the admissions office will guide you through the process of finalizing enrollment.

Rock Springs Christian Academy will accept new students for the 2025-2026 school year beginning on March 3, 2025. The application process must be completed and all required documents must be submitted to be considered for acceptance. Acceptance decisions will be communicated via email along with instructions on completing the enrollment process.
